There are surface sealers for grout lines, but they rarely fix a real leak. If the membrane under the tiles has failed, the lasting repair is to lift the tiles, waterproof properly, test and retile.
After the membrane cures we block the drain and fill the area with water for 24 to 48 hours. If nothing leaks below, the membrane is sound and we can tile over it.
