Water that escapes behind tiles or under a floor rarely stays in one place. In towers it soaks into the apartment below, and in villas it lifts tiles, stains walls and feeds mould behind joinery. The earlier a leak is traced, the smaller the repair.

Do you fix leaks that are affecting the apartment below?
Yes. We trace where the water is coming from, repair it and can provide a short report for your building management or neighbour.
Can you replace my water heater on the same day?
Often yes for standard sizes, which we can source quickly. If your heater is an unusual size or location, we quote and agree a time to come back.
Why is my water pressure low?
Common causes are a blocked aerator or cartridge, a failing booster pump in villas, a partly closed valve, or a building-wide issue. We check the simple things first so you do not pay for work you do not need.
Do you work on concealed cisterns and wall-hung toilets?
Yes. We repair and replace flush mechanisms and valves in concealed cisterns, working through the access panel wherever possible.
Will you have to break tiles to fix a leak?
Only if the leak is behind them and cannot be reached any other way. We trace the leak first to keep any opening as small as possible, and can retile the area afterwards.
Do you handle plumbing for renovations?
Yes. We reroute supply and drainage for new kitchen and bathroom layouts as part of our renovation work.
