Do you repair cracks and damage before painting?
Yes. Filling, sanding and priming are part of the painting scope. Where a crack is a sign of a movement or damp problem, we tell you rather than paint over it.
Can you paint while we stay in the apartment?
Usually yes. The work is done room by room with protection in place, so the rest of the home stays usable.
How many coats are applied?
It depends on the surface, the colour change and the product. The number of coats is stated in the quotation so it is agreed before work starts.
Do you paint exteriors as well?
Yes, including external walls and boundary walls. Exterior surfaces need more preparation, which is priced separately from interior work.
Do you supply the paint or should we?
Either. If you have a specific brand, product or colour you want used, tell us at the quotation stage and it will be reflected in the scope.
