Shawakesh Technical LLC works across two connected areas: renovation projects that change a space, and maintenance work that keeps it running. Both are handled by the same team.
Our work falls into two groups. Renovation covers projects that change a space: apartments, villas and commercial interiors. Maintenance covers the trades that keep a property working – painting, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
Many jobs draw on both. A bathroom renovation needs plumbing and carpentry; an office fit-out needs electrical and AC work alongside partitions and finishing. Because the same team covers all of it, the work is sequenced rather than handed between contractors.

Can you combine several services in one job?
Yes, and it is usually the better way to do it. Painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work in the same property are sequenced together rather than booked as separate visits.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance?
Yes. Where a property needs regular attention - AC servicing in particular - we agree an interval rather than waiting for a fault.
