I have engaged Shawakesh on three occasions for general maintenance of my property. On all engagements I have found their service to be both to my and my tenant's satisfaction. I particularly appreciate the fast response time, both communication and actual issue resolution. This is important to me as I live out of country and need a reliable company to handle things in my absence.
I recently hired Shawakesh Technical Services for AC service and electrical work at my property in Jumeirah Village Circle. From the first call, the communication was prompt and clear. The technicians were skilled, respectful of the space, and got the job done neatly. The pricing was fair and there were no hidden surprises.
Highly recommend Shawakesh Technical Services! They replaced my water heater tank at Autograph, JVC, at a very reasonable price. The quality of work and finishing were excellent and they completed the job efficiently and on time.
